"Hey wait a second Tom... I know this game Renegade. It's kind of old isn't it?"

That's the idea behind The Purge, I can save the full reviews for the latest games and this can serve as a "get the word out" sort of thing. You'll grow to like it.

A Command and Conquer first-person shooter? You've got to be kidding. It's probably a big suck fest, eh?

Actually, I got this game in an inexpensive bargain collection of Command & Conquer games. I think I paid $20 USD for four games and an expansion (or something like that) and I find a diamond in the rough. For some reason when this game came out it passed under my radar. I had no idea that it existed. Now that I do, I can certainly say it is a lot of fun.

Kind of a Command and Conquer meets Battlefield 1942, this game offers a ton of fun in it's on-line department (although single player is great too). Big huge battles, tons of vehicles to choose from, loads of weapons to ruin peoples day, and some half decent (but dated) graphics.

I suggest picking this one up. 8/10

What the hell is "The Purge" you ask? Why it's only my greatest invention! You see, I play so many games (so very many many games) that I can not possibly make a review for everyone I play. So what am I going to do? Mini-reviews of course! These are temporary place holders too, so if I decide "I want to make a full review of that game I put in The Purge." I can. Why? Because I run the gaming section now, that's why, beeatch!
